Once the chemical is sprayed onto the carpet, it needs to be agitated into the carpet so that the chemical can mix with and remove the soil from the carpet fibers.  Many companies skip this step altogether.  Depending on the severity of the job, SERVuRITE will use either a carpet rake or a power brush scrubber for the agitation step of the process.
